My Dad, Francis Kehrig
This weekend I'll be going back to Saskatchewan to see my family. One year ago, Dad passed away. To his children, Dad was a strong, gentle, caring person. He was a rare man that set a high standard for himself and others. At times it could be intimidating, but he was always there and he would always try to be understanding and be supportive. These pictures of my dad are from a book I made for my family. The book was to honour my parent’s 40th anniversary.

I like when you look at the 2 pictures he's got a glasses case in his breast pocket in both.
Wow, I never noticed the eyeglass case in his pocket -- that's neat. Francis was a really wonderful man. I have great memories of him, and him taking us out on the boat at Greenwater Lake. He also had the same Birthday as me, and he was also the same Chinese Zodiac as me -- Year of the Pig :)
